Ages 16-Adult 6-8pm $40/person
Enjoy a fun and relaxed evening making art with friends or family! All levels of students are welcome and will be guided through step by step instruction. Light Refreshments will be served through the evening!
Session 1: Saturday October 5th: Simple Acrylic Landscape
The painting for this session will be a gorgeous sunset on a lake! Learn how to mix color gradations, capture contrast with lights and darks and focus on brushstrokes and blending. Students will take home a finished creation on canvas!

Session 2: Saturday November 2nd: Printmaking
This class will focus on simple printmaking techniques using scratch foam board as a printmaking plate. Students can choose between many image ideas of animals, birds, flowers or landscapes to use for their drawing idea for their project. Non-toxic water based printing ink will be used during the printing process and students will be able to try different colors to create a mini series of prints to take home (about 4-6 prints each).

Celebrate some holiday cheer while painting these whimsical holiday gnomes on a smooth polished river stone! Choose from 2 different designs and learn how to draw out the shapes, mix colors with acrylic paint, learn how to add depth with shading and texture! At the end of session, painted rocks will be varnished to create a shinning gloss that will help protect your beautiful work of art!
